Prof. François Duret, DDS, DSO, PhD, MS, MD & PhD

LDr. François Duret holds a DDS, DSO and a PhD in Odontologic Sciences, an MS in Molecular Biochemistry and an MD-PhD in Gastroenterology, among other advanced degrees and certifications.

He has worked as Dental Surgeon (15 years)  and assisting professor (4 years)  in France, professor and chairman (10 years)  in the United States (University of Southern California) and Japan (4 years)  (Nippon Dental University).

He currently serves as Visiting Professor in UFR Odontology of Montpellier (France)  and  Director-CEO for his personal Research & Development  Laboratory in Fleury d’Aude, France.

 

Dr. Duret holds more than 50 patents (please see patents) for polymerization, articulator, spectro colorimetry, composite materials, posts and bleaching techniques, and he is especially the inventor of medical and dental CAD/CAM technology, 25 years old,  with his DDS thesis "empreinte opique" (optical impression) (please see thesis).
